Frequently asked questions
How long does an RO system last in Oman?
With correct pre-filtration and servicing, an RO system runs for many years. The consumables are what wear: sediment and carbon cartridges every six months, and the membrane every two to three years depending on your feed TDS. High-hardness supply shortens both. We log your dates and remind you before they are due.
Do you install it, or is it supply only?
Both. We supply across Oman and our own technicians install and commission, so the system is set up, flushed and tested before we leave. We also hand over the service schedule in writing. If you prefer to have your own plumber fit it, we can supply parts only.
How do I know which capacity I need?
Capacity is sized on daily litres, not on the size of the building. Tell us how many people or outlets draw from it and what your feed TDS reads, and we will confirm the right unit. We test on site free of charge anywhere in Muscat before recommending anything.
