These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of cleanecollc.com and to products and services supplied by Clean Eco Trade LLC, Seeb, Muscat, Oman. By requesting a quote, placing an order or booking a service, you agree to them.
Our website does not show prices. Prices are provided in a written quotation on request through the Get a Quote button, WhatsApp or our contact page. A quotation states the price, currency, availability and how long it is valid. Product details, images and availability may change without notice.
An order is confirmed when you accept our quotation and we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email. Accepted payment methods are cash, bank transfer, card and, for companies, cheque. Payment terms are stated in the quotation.
We deliver across Oman. Charges and timing are stated in the quotation. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Installation, repair, maintenance and testing are scheduled with you after you accept a quotation. The scope of work is stated in the quotation. Please make sure our technicians have safe access to the site and to the water supply.
Products carry the manufacturer warranty that applies to that product, as confirmed in the quotation. Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation by others, damage, lack of maintenance or normal wear of consumable parts.
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged or wrong items. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
We take care to describe products accurately, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for a product or service is limited to the amount paid for it, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
