Description
HM Digital TDS-3: Pocket TDS/temperature meter. We supply it across the Sultanate, and our technicians can fit and test it so it is working properly before we leave.
Why it suits Oman
Reliable measurement is what separates scheduled maintenance from guesswork. In Oman, where feed quality varies between areas and seasons, a handheld meter or inline sensor helps you catch drift early. We supply common brands, confirm the range you need, and show your team how to read and calibrate the unit.

Frequently asked questions
What are the key specifications of the HM Digital TDS-3?
According to the manufacturer’s published data: dimensions 15.5 x 3.1 x 2.3 cm; tds range 0-9990 ppm; resolution 1 ppm (0-999), 10 ppm (1000-9990). The full list is in the specifications table above, and we are happy to confirm whether it suits your site before you order.
What readings should I expect in Oman?
Feed water across the Sultanate varies widely by area and by source. For drinking water we target 50 to 150 ppm TDS at the tap; anything much above that is worth investigating. We test on site free of charge and will show you the numbers.
Why do I need to measure this?
Because guessing is what wastes money. A pressure difference across a filter tells you when to backwash, a TDS reading tells you whether a membrane is still working, and a flow reading tells you what the system is actually producing. Without them you are replacing parts on a calendar rather than on evidence.
